The Pollinator Pathway is a special place planted with flowers and plants designed to attract, feed, and shelter creatures like bees, butterflies, and birds. This garden is designed with plants native to the local region that are best adapted to our local soils, climates, and native insect species.
Several native trees and shrubs will be added to the garden this fall. We would also like to add a reflection pool to make the pollinator garden a space for thoughtful reflection and observation. Once the garden matures, the soft textures of native grasses and the presence of abundant blooms provide a reprieve for our human senses and our native pollinators!
The view through our moon gate to the butterfly bench is the perfect spot for a photo, because there is a spectacular view of the famous Chimney Rock above.
