GARDEN ETIQUETTE
Please observe the following rules so everyone can have a safe and enjoyable visit:
- Refrain from climbing into raised flower beds, on trees and shrubs and picking flowers. You’re welcome to photograph them.
- Stay on garden paths. We ask joggers to slow down when they encounter visitors and cyclists to walk their bikes on the Bridge.
- Please do not collect insects, plants or plant labels.
- Children must always be accompanied by an adult.
- The garden is a tobacco-free environment. Smoking and tobacco use is not allowed.
- Do not play in our fountains or other water features.
- Do not litter. Trash cans are located at each end of the Bridge.
- No picnicking is allowed on the Bridge.
- The Bridge is dog friendly; however, all dogs must be on a leash. We provide water bowls in the gardens and dog waste bags for your use while visiting the Bridge.
Lake Lure Flowering Bridge is a volunteer 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
Donations to help preserve and maintain the bridge and gardens are appreciated — and tax-deductible.
