Learning About the Ruby-Throated Hummingbird

Join Master Gardener, Eleanor Bails for a class on the smallest of birds – Hummingbirds. Learn interesting facts about Ruby-throated hummingbirds as well as best practices for attracting and feeding them. Class participants will have the opportunity to make and take home a small handheld feeder.
Class is limited to 10 participants with a non-refundable fee of $15.00 per person and you must pre-register for this class.
Please plan to arrive 10 minutes early and remember the easiest way to Lake Lure (Hendersonville or Asheville areas) is to take Hwy 26 to 108 to Hwy 9 to get to Lake Lure due to many roads still closed.
